Why The Pink Proofreading Pen? We hardly ever work on paper, after all.
Long before I thought of taking up proofreading and editing as a career, I used to help colleagues check their words, and I always did this with my trusty G-TEC. Fine enough to write between the lines, I chose the colour as it felt friendlier than red, and soon discovered the side benefit that no-one nicks a pink pen!

With 30 years of experience in fundraising, much of my proofreading and editing work to date has been in the informal polishing of fundraising and events copy.
I also have a degree in Chinese. While I work only in English, I will be able to spot if you have reversed a Chinese character, or written some weird Pinyin.
